Mission 03 | ASSEMBLY PHASE — Becoming Mission-Ready focuses on the progressive nature of God’s formation process. There are seasons when believers are no longer operating as they once did, but have not yet become fully prepared for what comes next. Those transitional seasons can feel uncertain, frustrating, and unfinished, but they are often where some of the most important work is taking place.
In this Mission Briefing, Fleet Commander Brandon explores how God develops mission-ready believers by installing stronger spiritual rhythms, reinforcing developing character, and teaching faithful stewardship of present responsibilities. The goal is not to rush toward the next assignment, but to remain surrendered and responsive while God strengthens the frame necessary to carry greater responsibility.
Crew will learn how to respect the formation process, establish sustainable spiritual disciplines, strengthen the character beneath the calling, and faithfully carry the responsibilities already in their hands. Being unfinished does not mean being unusable. God is continuing the assembly, and every act of faithful obedience is part of becoming mission-ready.
